Is there climate control?
Yes, the entire barn has heating and air conditioning.
What is the capacity?
The total capacity is 400 with a State Certified sprinkler system. Our average wedding is around 250.
What are the dimensions of the barn?
- ~12,000 total square feet
- Main floor: 50×120+50×35=7,750sqft
- 2nd floor: 50×45+50×35=4,000sqft

Can I hold the ceremony here?
What about bathrooms?
We have enough bathrooms to accommodate up to 400 guests. There are main floor bathrooms with handicap accessible stalls, a unisex bathroom on the second floor, and a bathroom in each of the wedding suites.
How's the parking?
We have 200 parking spots plus handicap parking
Would we be able to gather our things and take them Sunday morning instead of Saturday night?
No, everything needs to be out the night of your event so that our cleaning staff can clean and set up the barn for the next event.
Is there a day that we could do a rehersal on site?
Is there a refrigerator we can use?
There is a refrigerator in the catering space that you may use however everything MUST be taken out at the end of the night. If anything is left, it will be thrown out that evening by the cleaning company.
Are candles allowed?
We do not allow real candles to be used, however you may use LED candles. We do allow sparklers to be used outside, they must be lit at least 10feet away from the barn, and disposed of in a safe container and left outside. We do not allow them to be brought back into the barn after they have been lit.
Is smoking allowed?
We do not allow smoking of cigarettes, marijuana, or vaping inside the barn. We have a designated smoking area outside and must be at least 50 feet away from the barn.
When decorating, what can't we do?
What time do the cars need to be out of the parking lot by the next morning?
When it comes to vendors (hair/makeup/etc), do they need to provide a copy of insurance?
Yes, anyone running a business or licensed in Minnesota is required to have insurance. Please click here to view our Insurance tab for more information.
What is the size of the dance floor?
Is the location convenient?
Your guests should be able to easily travel to our location. We are north of the Twin Cities metro area with plenty of hotels within 10 miles of our farm.
Do you have a cross available?
Yes, we have an indoor/outdoor cross available upon request. The dimensions are 4 feet across x 6 feet tall
Who will be my main contact?
Kim is our manager at Circle B and is available via email or text.
What's the rain plan?
What time does the DJ stop playing music and what time does everyone have to be off the property?
The DJ will stop playing music by 11:30pm on Friday/Saturday and everyone will need to be off the property by 12:30am. Sunday-Thursday, the DJ will stop playing music by 10:30pm and everyone will need to be off the property by 11:30am.
Is it required that your catering companies provide all liquour and bar service, or can we bring in our own liquor?
You have to go through our caterer as they hold our State liquor license for this property, which is a full liquor license.
Do we have to go through your caterer for desert?
No, you can use any licensed and insured baker. It cannot be homemade.
Do you have an average price range for catering?
No, you will have to contact the caterer for a quote as it depends on what food and beverages you order.
Is there any way we can come before 9:00am the day of our wedding? Or even earlier, to do a rehearsal?
Yes, we charge $100 per hour
